Halls of Oog

Class: 4

Halls of oog is a large corn maze about 1,700 km2 in area. The corn is about four or five meters tall, and it’s of an unknown species, having corn kernels in deep maroon, yellow, white, black, brown, navy blue, or light pink, with upwards of 7 cobs per stalk. The corn is edible, but dies quickly after coming off the stalk, usually lasting only 3 or 4 hours. The stalks are very durable, so don’t think about trying to go through the corn. There are oogas and boogas here, lots and lots of them. They like to hide in the corn, so if you see tunnels into the corn where there isn’t a gravel path, don’t go by them. The oogas and boogas do roam the trails too, so during the night try to find a metal lookout platform. These will be in small circular clearings, and you climb up to them with a ladder. These rise about a meter above the corn, and sometimes have supplies or beds that regenerate every other night. There is a thick fog across the level, so you can’t see far. Every night, the layout of the level except for the platforms changes, and oogas and boogas are extremely abundant during night. New stalks grow and old stalks die, and winds blow the dirt around to cover up old gravel, making it almost impossible to see. Days are about 10 hours, and nights are about 25. Finding an “exit” to the maze will send you to level 22, and you can enter by noclipping into a patch of corn on level 20.
