Level 23 is a very chill level. Very mindful. Very demure. It is set in a large 1920’s era hotel lobby. The room has many ornate carvings and designs across it. On one end of the lobby is a large archway leading to Level 50, though it shows a black void. The rest of the lobby is a nice place for people to chat and hang out. There is a restaurant here selling many types of food, mostly pastries and pies. In the 2078 oogarooms level vote, Level 23 came in 3rd place with ~50,000 lostsouls saying it was the best level! The Chill Room also has Wi-Fi, for all of the people who still have their phones. The password is freewifi23. There is a hallway leading off of the main lobby that leads to hotel rooms, which one can stay in. An old man, named Akhola, sits at the front of the hall and will charge you a few random items for a room. He is very nice, so give him some respect. Each room has red wallpaper with an intricate design, a bed, dresser, nightstand, and a television. There is a bathroom at the end of the hall. You can enter this level by finding the main exit on level 21. There are no official bases on level 23, but the level’s permanent residents call themselves The Community.
