Level 29 is a library with 1-meter-high water. The floor is covered with an extremely thin carpet, and below the carpet is stone. There are 1980’s fluorescent lights on the ceiling, which buzz loudly and are prone to flickering and failing. The shelves on this level are not normal library shelves, but metal ones placed less than 1 meter apart from each other, forming a metal maze. Most of the books are not readable, not because of the water damage, but because they seem to be just pages and pages of gibberish and random symbols. Some areas open to rooms with tables, books, chairs, and computers. The computers that are on this level still work. They run on Windows XP. Some areas of the library dry out and lead to large gothic libraries. All of the books are still gibberish but are ornately decorated. These areas are safe from the many entities that inhabit this level. There are grabbers, oogas, boogas, sneakys, scavengers, Jyorrins, and other entities. You can enter by noclipping while holding a book or by entering a library on level 58. You can exit by navigating into a closet and entering it. This sends you to level 41. You can also exit by finding a white door to go to level 30. There are no known outposts and bases on this level, because of the water and its dangerous nature.
