The lowlands are a strange area situated just below the oogarooms. They are the exact same size as the normal oogarooms and are the same shape. Instead of being divided into many levels, the lowlands are 1 single area. This area is very desolate, with little to no entities or people in sight. This area is always dark, with the shadow of the oogarooms blocking the light. Despite being completely devoid of any sources of light and being covered by the oogarooms, it is not completely dark here. The light level here is about the same as twilight, which has earned the lowlands the nickname of The Twilight Zone, after the show. The lowlands are located about 5 kilometers underneath the oogarooms. The lowlands look like an infinite plain, but they are finite. There are fluctuations in the elevation of the plain. The hills here are very smooth. You may find odd houses here. These houses are always empty, with no furniture or appliances inside. The houses are always alone, they are never grouped together. Each house is white with a red roof. They are all two stories tall. The interior of the house varies, but they are usually bland, with only light fixtures and carpets to be seen. The walls are usually light-ish blues and cream colors. It is eerily quiet here, and all there is to be heard is the rushing wind coming from some source. It is empty, like you are standing in a giant tube. Every now and then, you may find a mountain. These mountains are usually 1 kilometer tall, but some are tall enough for someone standing at the top to touch the floor of the oogarooms. It is kind of an incorrect statement to call these mountains, as they are very gradual and not rocky, like most mountains are. The lowlands are completely covered in a field of grass, usually 20 to 30 centimeters tall. Fortanately, there are no ticks. Trees may be found rarely. The only type of tree that appears here are apple trees, so keep an eye out for those. The higher your elevation is, the more likely you will be able to find trees.
There are little to no entities in the lowlands, and the few that do exist look nothing like the normal entities found in the oogarooms. They look like mutated versions of eater species found in oogan reality. Other than that, there may be oogas and boogas. There is supposedly a colossal here, but this is unconfirmed.
There are very few bases in the lowlands, due to an anomalous property that makes it nearly impossible for people to come in contact with each other. There are a few people who have made small shacks with supplies and food. These areas are hard to come across, but a welcome sight for sore eyes. There is one singular base here, that being the Fallen. They have only five members and live in a small house, which they have furnished with hand-made furniture.
