The Upper Reality

Main

The upper reality of the oogarooms is a very dangerous place. It may be disconnected to the main area because the properties are different, and there is no way to directly travel from the oogarooms to the upper reality. There is only one known place to enter this area on Earth. This area is not directly connected to oogan reality. Because of these factors, the upper reality is quite unknown.

Entrances/Exits

You can enter the upper reality by going through a tunnel under a stage in a church building in the state of New York, USA, Earth. There will usually be a cart full of plastic tables or metal folding chairs blocking the way in, which you can move. You are automatically sent out of the upper reality once infected or using a very interesting tactic. Once you enter the upper reality, there will be one red and one blue wire on the left side of the entrance. Follow the red wire until you get to an electrical box. Follow the blue wire that comes out from the other side. After about a kilometer you will get to another electrical box with a random baby bottle under it. Right past this area is sector 2. There is a deep crack on the floor of this area of sector 2. Follow the crack until it gets into a specific carpeted room. From here you must noclip into the floor. This will send you the main base level of the main oogarooms.

Description

The Crawlspace

The crawlspace (and the tunnel leading into it) is a small crawlspace. It is ~1m high at the highest points and can have spots where the ceiling descends into the ground. The ceiling and floor are hard, cold stone, but the floor is most commonly covered in dirty maroon carpets. The crawlspace is split into small rooms with support beams, which sometimes have large slabs of drywall which are usually not nailed in but are very hard to move. Sector one has many red and blue wires, which are mostly frayed, so do not touch the wires. There is no light in this sector except for a faint yellow light that makes a fluorescent buzzing noise that comes from electrical boxes in some areas along the beams. Everything in this sector is very dusty and there are many cobwebs, although there are no spiders. There are little to no resources here. Some resources you can find are partially full water bottles, old bread, granola bars, and sometimes, but rarely, can a person find bits of fruit laying around. There are cardboard boxes scattered around the sector, but most of them are ripped apart. The intact ones are where you find resources. There are scratches on the walls/carpet sometimes. There are also bone scraps laying around the sector. Flashlights in this area always display as a dim red light. This sector is mostly silent.

The Corridors

The Corridors are also made of hard stone and beams, but this sector is much taller and can reach 2.5m high at some areas. This area does not have any carpets, and the floor is stained. Flashlights do not work in this area, but scarcely there are floodlights which show a soft blue light that can go through walls. You cannot find any resources in the boxes in this sector. The scratches are more common in this sector, and you can often hear creaking or breaking noise coming from above the ceiling. This area is dustier than the first. There are black and purple wires running along the ceiling in this sector.

Infection and Emmiters

Emitters can rarely be found on bone scraps in sector 1. They look like black rough patches and the patches have black and white mushrooms on them. The mushrooms emit visible black spores about 1mm in diameter. If you inhale the spores or they get in your body, you will soon be infected. There are 5 stages of the infection. Black patches appear on your body when infected, but the worst part is you are 100% aware when this is happening.

In stage 1 you will be A-symptomatic. There are no visible signs of the infection. Stage 2 happens when the spores reach your brain.

In stage 2 you will experience short bursts being controlled by the virus. In this time, you will begin to wander in random directions with no real purpose. Once you reach this stage you are sent to the oogan reality. Seek treatment immediately.

In stage 3, the bursts become more common, and you become hostile towards organisms during the bursts.

In stage 4 you are mostly infected and cannot control yourself much. You are even more hostile towards things and begin making screeching noises. By this point you cannot be saved.

In stage 5 you have no control over your body, and you begin to walk toward the exact coordinates of the place you encountered the spores, but in oogan reality. Once reaching the area, the host will make a loud noise and spontaneously die. The body will release spores from any time from 1-6 hours, and then once it stops, the body will dissolve into spores.
