Level 28 is a the 28th level of the oogarooms. It is 100 by 100-kilometer series of thin halls and small to large rooms, making it very claustrophobic. The lights in this level are always on. There are sometimes light switches in certain rooms, which actually work. Along with these switches, there are outlets and lamps. The roof is about 4 meters tall. The level has light blue and slightly darker blue striped wallpaper and darkish colored wood baseboards and floors. Most of the level is a maze of thin halls, but there may be bedroom-like areas. You can find drawers and beds in these bedrooms. The drawers may contain water, phone chargers, flashlights, and other seemingly random items. Most of this level is completely empty, but there are rarely things such as carpets and paintings, and other basic furniture. Areas such as dining rooms and dens are somewhat common. The level has a constant blue theme, with repeating patterns. You can exit by falling asleep on one of the beds. This will send you to level 29 about 30% of the time and is the best method of leaving this level. Enter from a door labeled “blue-” on level 24. There are many different types of common entities here, with about four entities every square kilometer. There are very few bases here due to the lack of supplies and abundance of entities.
