BASEMENTS GALLERY
After the body of Ikhals was found, it became known that there were entrances and exits to the Basements. One of the few confirmed ones is through the library, which was only written about in Ikhals's journal. The library is a section on the first floor of the Basements with a glass roof allowing sunlight in. There is seating here as well, along with a podium. Considering that this area was not written about in any official Bulwark documents, it is possible that it may have been made by the people. But, cosidering that the one other area that reaches the surface in the Basements is specifically designed to not be climbable, and the library is as well, it is possible that the library was made just after some plans for floor one were finalized.
Another area that could have been used for entrance and exit is the room of the escapade tribe. This tribe was founded by Ikhals sometime in the 2060s, and lived within a large storage room with a massive stockpile of supplies. There was also a large water pool in the center. This area is probably located very close to the surface, with an entrance on the third or fourth floor. The roof was crumbling, and the tribe was probably hoping to get out through there. However, Ikhals ended up escaping through a different area, which is listed below.
The oculus has an unknown location somewhere in the Basements. It is a large dome that was abandonded while under constrcution, leaving large siscor lifts left out, which Ikhals climbed to escape out through and opening in the ceiling. This area may or may not still be around, as the condition it was described in in Ikhals's journals was shoddy at best.
